Youth SAQ Training focuses on developing coordination and relative body strength in athletes. Athletes are challenged mentally and physically as they perform speed, agility, and explosive movements. Each week athletes will perform sport specific movements, which will increase their confidence and develop a competitive edge. |

Adult Total Body Training focuses on developing strength in functional movements. Each session will be 30-45 minutes in length and challenge both beginner and advanced conditioning levels. Each client will receive instruction on proper lifting technique and support in achieving goals. |

| Boot Camp | $160 | Boot Camps will be SEASONAL and provide beginner and advanced athletes with the jump start they need to move toward goals. Boot Camp workouts will be intense and have enough variety to keep you moving and looking forward to the next challenge! 2 camp sessions per week with an optional 3rd session per week for 8 weeks with a max camp size of 10 clients. | |||
